Welcome to the Soundsnaps Home Page.

The name Soundsnaps originally referred to a collection of audio ‘sound snapshots’ - a personal collection of location recordings of atmospheres and sounds from travel excursions across Europe and America from the 1980s to the present day.

From open reel tape to the best possible cassette technology, through mini disc and now digital recording devices, a collection of full quality stereo recordings has been established, and the best of these are available on line at the sound-effects-library.com

Audio services available include restoration and transfer of old open reel and cassette tape recordings to modern media as well as location recording facilities for small groups and choirs
